Wiz must have been feeling pretty generous today because he decided to drop his follow-up to the critically acclaimed "Kush and Orange Juice" Mixtape out the blue via his Twitter. "Cabin Fever" features the likes of Chevy Woods, Trae Tha Truth, Juicy J, and Big Sean.
Complex: On the criticism that all his beats sound the same
Lex Luger: “It is [true], in a way. But every interview I do, I try to tell them that it’s a lot more than that [‘B.M.F.’ sound]. When I’m sending out 40 beats a day to one artist, out of those 40 he might pick two just because they sound like ‘B.M.F.’ or ‘Hard In The Paint,’ and he feels like that’s his hit. I think that’s a big problem in music right now. Everybody is like, ‘Oh, he’s hot right now. I’m going to try and get something that sounds like him.’ And that’s what I feel like a lot of artists did to me because Waka was really the biggest thing at one time. So they wanted that ‘Hard In The Paint’ sound. And I was just the man behind that, so they reached out to me. So when I sent them other types of music, they were like ‘What is this?’ I want ‘B.M.F.’ or ‘Hard In The Paint. Don’t send me this.’ So what I try to do now is, I try and hold the ‘B.M.F.’ and ‘Hard In The Paint’ sound to myself. I won’t send that out. I’ll send the pop music or the R&B out to the major artists so they have to do it.”

"I love giving [new producers] a chance by rapping on they beats...I'm just saying when I do that, don't rob me, rob the next n*gga. Cuz I'm the n**** you tell people, 'yeah Snoop gave me $20,000 for the beat'. Nah I aint gave you s***, but you tell a n*gga I gave you $20,000, that's how you leverage the game." - Snoop Dogg
I am truly enjoying my life right now. Its been so long since I have wrote anything on here because I feel like for a while I was trying to digest it all and save it for the music. But its finally set in that I am living my dreams and doing with all my closest friends from Toronto. I wake up and never know what to expect from any given day but good or bad I always learn something from it. I have decided that I am going to push "It's Never Enough" and focus completely on delivering Take Care to you all. I feel like my mind is truly ready to make this next album NOW and I don't want that feeling to escape me. My mother is doing well for all who have been asking. She went to her first swimming class the other day and won gold...not really but you know what I mean. OVO gang is all smiles and 40 is making some of the best music I have heard in my entire career. I am in the airport right now headed to LA to meet up with Boi 1da tonight. Its all feeling right. Its truly been a pleasure to speak again. Thank you for all your energy. Soon. Guidance.
A luxury once enjoyed becomes a necessity. I need it to last until I'm part of the past. - Drake
"Waka Flocka Flame has a lot of love for his furry friends. In fact the Atlanta bad boy revealed to XXLMag.com that his passion for animal rights inspired him to be involved in the new PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) campaign.
Launching on February 22, Waka will be joining PETA’s “Ink Not Mink” campaign in Los Angeles, CA alongside Lady Gaga, Pink, and Mariah Carey, Flame’s publicist, Kali Bowyer said.
When commenting on his involvement with PETA, the 1017 Brick Squad rep told XXL, “Animals should be treated the same as you would a kid. Would you want someone just to walk up and skin your kid? Hell no!” —Amber McKynzie
